SMAI - SMAI Boxing Bar

Freely rotating padded bar for the development of boxing agility and speed skill development.

Can be easily mounted at your desired height (depending on your desired height range) in order for installation you need access to either of the following:

• Any structural wall (Dynabolts provided) or;
• SMAI freestanding Rig

Once installed the height can be adjusted within a 60cm height range quickly and easily.
