How long does it take to ship my order?

How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in the same condition / packaging that you received it in. To start the return process, please contact us.
Does MMA DIRECT Ship internationally?
We sure do! Our website is currently only setup to support Australian orders. However if you contact us we can process it for you.
Are you able to send invoices for NDIS, Schools or Government?

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where's my order?
Don't stress! Your remaining items will be on their way, we ship items as soon as possible as we don't want your whole order held up on one item.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on your location, generally items are delivered:
Standard - 5-7 business days
Road Express - 4-7 business days
Auspost express - 2-4 business days
Please note these delivery timeframes may change depending on unforeseen circumstances such as floods, covid or bushfires. We will do our best to be uninterrupted by such occurrences.
