Great piece of equipment but I’d go a size bigger and get the 50kg instead of 35kg, I ordered the wrong one

The first punch bag that was sent had a fault, however a new bag was sent out and is perfect. I dealt with a lady named Sheila in customer service who was very prompt in replying to me emails and was great in getting the issue resolved.
