The SMAI Eye Iron goes under many names such as End-swell, Endswell, Stop-swell or No-swell. It is a metal implement that is first cooled with ice then pressed to the skin in the event of a bruise or cut. By applying the pressure with the cooled metal it will reduce swelling by constricting capillaries and blood vessels in that area.
