Control your own speed and set your own pace with our non-motorized Racer Fit Curved Treadmill. The harder you run, the faster you'll go.

Computer functionality, basic computer functions include:

• Permanent memory
• Low battery indicator
• Sleep mode (after 4 mins of no activity)
• Reset process
• Pause (except in comp mode)
• Quick Start (allow computer functionality without the selection of a program)
• Workout summary (calories, distance, Maximum speed, Watts, RPM along with averages of speed, watts and pace)

Computer programs available:

• Quick start program - will automatically function as soon as the belt begins to move or the start button is pressed – Simply press stop when finished to get your workout summary
• Interval programs - P1 interval 20/10 and P2 Interval 10/20 programs offer the user a series of 8 high intensity interval workouts with preset time segments, the console will provide messages and instruction to the user when to begin each workout and rest interval. There are other preset interval programs which include: P3: 3KM basic cardio, P4: Calorie Burn, P5: Cardio Strength, P6: Cardio Endurance
• Custom Interval (CU) - create your own custom interval program using the time and rest period you desire
• Target Time, Target Distance and Target Calories - set your desired target value and just workout until you reach your achievement
• Target Heart Rate - ability to target a specific heart rate / Beats per minute range (Wireless heart rate receiver is required not Supplied)
• Comp Program - set your own pre defined workout program targeting calories, Time and distance – all other functionality is locked out of the computer to ensure only identical program settings are repeated and non changeable
