SMAI - Multi Grip Bar

Change up your barbell work with the SMAI Multi Grip Bar.

With 3 grip choices (32mm in diameter) this allows the choice of a close grip, wide grip or angled grip positions for working from triceps to targeted pectoral work.

Rackable on all standard 43 inch squat racks or with the SMAI X-frame components. Each collar is suitable for Olympic plates and is 36cm in length.
