This bag is REALLY HEAVY & HARD.
I'm 180cm, 75kg, and 150cm bag is perfect height.
The bag holds very well, minimum swings, I don't know what stuff they put inside, this thing is hard enough to even conditioning my bones, and will definitely strengthen my punch and kicks, beautiful bag, highly recommend!!!
After an initial miscommunication (my error originally) then an error, a couple of messages backwards and forwards and was fixed. I was impressed with the customer service shown. Product arrived as described also. Would recommend :-)
