Weighing 10kg, this barbell is perfect for all types of lifting and weightlifting technique training. The collars are made to IWF tolerances and are held on with Circlips, meaning no screws or Allen key rings are used. Suitable for use with Olympic plates.

Please note: this is not a barbell intended for heavy lifting purposes. If your intention is to lift heavy weights please purchase the bearing models which are designed for that application.
