The SMAI Water Punching Bag is a great tool for all types of traditional striking giving very low swing by absorbing the force within the bag itself. The water filling generates a very real sense of recoil and feeling that you would get from striking an opponent.

SIZES FROM SMALL TO EXTRA LARGE

Smaller sizes for training speed and accuracy, larger sizes for training power and developing technique.

If you are a beginner opt for a larger size as the smaller ones tend to be more difficult to hit as they require more accuracy. Heavy hitters may also prefer larger sizes for its minimal recoil. For experienced fighters a mix of small and large is optimum so you can train both speed, power and accuracy.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Ships unfilled. To fill simply hang the bag, remove the valve with a Philips head screw driver and fill to weight with water and reinsert the screw plug to seal the Unit. Hose fitting would be recommended.
• Ceiling mount hardware is not included.
